COMPETITION

According to the Resolution of the Senate of Warsaw University of Technology, of the 23rd of February 2011, international students, who do not have the right to study on the same conditions as Polish students, that is, who are not citizens of the European Union, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, may apply for free-of-charge full-time studies (B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees), conducted in Polish.

For foreigners accepted for studies by way of this recruitment method, there are about  1% of the total number of places on the appropriate type of studies:

All candidates must take the written examination on 01.07.2016


The examination will be conducted in Warsawin the Main Building of Warsaw University of Technology, Pl. Politechniki 1

at 9:00 – examination in Mathematics, 120 minutes, 6 tasks

at 12:00 – examination in Physics (or Chemistry), 120 minutes, 6 tasks

The candidates who would like to apply for the Field of Study in Administration can choose as a second subject History or Geography instead of Physics or Chemistry.

The scope of the examination and sample tasks:  

The results of the examinations and admissions will be announced on 06.07.2016.
Recruitment Committees may specify minimum requirements in terms of examination results and decide not to fill the offered places.

The Letters A and B stand on the date of beginning of studies:

A – date of beginning of studies from October 2016, B – date of beginning of studies from February 2016, A and B – date of beginning of studies from any of these terms.

Together with examination entry in the application system candidates must send copies of B.Sc.
Diploma and Transcript of Records, translated by sworn translator into Polish language or English language and confirmation of application fee payment to: amakiej@cwm.pw.edu.pl All copies of the required documents should be also uploaded to the application system.

There is a possibility to submit only a Transcript of Records by 06.06.2016, but all candidates are obliged to submit all original documents not later than by 1.10.2016.

The Admission Committee will make a decision concerning admission process by 6.07.2016:
- whether the candidate is accepted,
- whether the candidate is invited for interview or exam with the date and the type of exam,
- whether the student is not accepted

If the number of candidates pre-accepted for the study exceeds the number of places in a given field of study, there may be organized a written competitive examination. The scope of this examination for particular fields of study is defined in the attached table “Rules for eligibility”. The possible examination will be held not earlier than one month after its announcement. After that time more details will be available.

N.B.: All candidates so B.Sc. as M.Sc. are obliged to pay Application Fee. Application fee is €200 and it covers the costs of administration procedures. It is non-refundable. The transfer must be described with: your full name (as in passport!), amount, type of payment, type of studies, e.g. Yan Kovalski, 200 Euro, Application Fee, Competition – B.Sc. (for B.Sc. candidates), Competition – M.Sc. (for M.Sc. candidates). Confirmation of Application Fee payment should be sent to: amakiej@cwm.pw.edu.pl
