STEP 1: Create an online application with Entry Documents

Create /login to your account

The application process is run online only, via Online Application System at www.students.pw.edu.pl/apply

Create your application by filling in your personal data. Make sure you put your name and surname in exactly the same form as it appears in your passport!

Select program(s) you are applying to - you can select 3 programs and mark their priority.


Upload Entry Documents:

  • Bachelor Degree Diploma - in the original language and translation to English. Remember we require Bachelor Degree in a very similar field to the M.Sc. program you are applying to. The Diploma should be final, however, we accept also provisional and temporary ones.
  • transcript of records - in the original language and translation to English
  • Passport personal information page  - the  page(s) with your data, photo and signature
  • proof of payment of €200 application fee. Check here how to make application fee payment. After making the payment, create the online application as soon as possible, otherwise, delays might occur.
  • One photograph - passport format photo

If you need additional space for any of the documents please use the "Additional Documents" section (to be accessed by logging in to your account after it is created).

Your documents will be verified within few days or around one week. If anything is missing you will be informed about it by a message in the system and you will be asked to correct the documents. Applications without Application Fee payment will be rejected. The application fee is non-refundable. If you do not fulfill our requirements, please do NOT apply, as application fee will not be refunded in such case.

STEP 2: Wait for the decision of the Faculty

Waiting for decision...It usually takes from 1 day to 15 days to get the decision.

If the decision of the Faculty is positive, you will receive a scan of Conditional Acceptance Letter in the Online Application System.

If the decision fo the Faculty is negative, you will receive a scan of Rejection Letter and your application will be sent to the program of your 2nd priority.

STEP 3: Upload Admission Documents

Your documents will be verified within few days or around one week.  If anything is missing you will be informed about it by a message in the system and you will be asked to correct the documents. When documents are correct, you will receive a scan of Visa Letter in the Online Application System. Visa procedures are responsibility of candidates.

STEP 4: Before the classes start, register personally at the ISO office and at the Faculty with originals of all your documents.
