ADMISSION FOR STUDIES BEGINNING IN FEBRUARY 2018 STARTS IN NOVEMBER

APPLICATION DEADLINE: 15th of July

ADMISSION DOCUMENTS UPLOAD DEADLINE: 15th of August

BEGINNING OF REGISTRATION: ~25th of September

BEGINNING OF STUDIES: 2nd of October

 

STEP 1: Create an on-line application with Entry Documents

Create /login to your account

The whole admission process is run online only via Online Application System at www.students.pw.edu.pl/apply

 

Create your application by filling in your personal data

Make sure you put you name and surname in exactly the same form as it appears in your passport!

Upload Entry Documents:

  • Bachelor Degree Certificate - it has to be in a very similar field to the M.Sc. program you are applying to! -  in the original language and translation to English
  • transcript of records - in the original language and translation to English
  • Passport personal information page (page consisting your photo and signature)
  • €200 application fee (check here how to make application fee payment) (After making the payment, create the online application as soon as possible, otherwise delays might occur).
  • One photograph (passport format photo)

If you need additional space for any of the documents please use the "Additional Documents" section (to be accessed by logging in to your account after it is created).

Your documents will be verified within few days or around one week. If anything is missing you will be informed about it by a message in the system.

Deadline for application: 15th of July - The system will accept new application from November 2017 for Summer Semester.

STEP 2: Wait for the decision of the Faculty

Waiting for decision...It usually takes from 1 day to 15 days to get the decision.

If the decision of the Faculty is positive, you will receive Conditional Acceptance Letter in the on-line system.

If the decision of the Faculty is negative, you will receive rejection letter and your application will be sent to the next course of your choice indicated in the online Application System.

STEP 3: Upload Admission Documents & start your studies

Upload Admission Documents

To complete your admission to studies after receiving Conditional Acceptance, upload Admission Documents:

When all Admission Documents are accepted by ISO (it will taek around one-two weeks) you will be given Visa Letter (it will be uploaded in the on-line system)

Deadline for uploading Admission Documents: 15th of August

It is reccommended to do it immediately after receiving Conditional Acceptance in order to have more time for visa procedures.

Visa procedures are responsibility of candidates.

STEP 4: Before the classes start, register personally at the ISO office and at the Faculty with originals of all your documents.
