Indonesia Day at WUT

On 14 March 2023, the International Students Office with Ms Syifa Najla Agdhiani, a Biotechnology student and WUT’s student ambassador organized Indonesia Day, the first event this year in the series of National Days at WUT.

The event was co-organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Warsaw, represented by the First Secretary Ms. Yoan Nike Afilia.

There are 21 Bachelor, Master and PhD students from Indonesia at WUT, and the event was a great opportunity to find out many interesting facts about the geography of their country, Indonesian culture, tourist destinations, cuisine, traditional clothes, fauna and language.

The participants could also try Indonesian snacks provided by the Embassy: Dadar Gulung and Mayonnaise Risoles and participate in a quiz about Indonesia.

We would like to thank the Embassy of Indonesia and our student ambassador Syifa for their immense commitment to preparing the Indonesia Day. Terima kasih!

Thank you all international and Polish students, Ph.D. students, and WUT employees for spending yesterday afternoon with us. We hope that you will accept our invitation to future events.
