Registration of New Students - February 2021

In this article, you can find information on the registration process for new international students starting studies in the February 2021 intake.

Below please find information on the registration process required to start your studies:

REGISTRATION ONLINE (only for those who are currently not in Poland and who are going to come to Poland later on)

If you are not in Poland because the studies are online and you want to stay in your country this semester, it will be possible to register online. In a few days, you will receive an e-mail to your official WUT e-mail address: ____.____.stud@pw.edu.pl (your official WUT e-mail address and instructions on getting the password were sent to you by your Faculty) with the decision on your admission to study in English as the language of instruction at Warsaw University of Technology. After receiving the e-mail, please follow the instructions and reply to our e-mail as soon as possible. As soon as the classes start on the campus and it is necessary to come to Warsaw to take part in them, we will ask you for coming to our office with the original documents.

Please also login immediately into the USOS system in order to accept the content of the Academic Oath.

Remember that you acquire student rights and obtain the status of a student of WUT after the acceptance of the Academic Oath.

Candidates who are currently in Poland should register in person at ISO. Please contact us in the system to make an appointment for the permanent registration (please contact Sylwia, Jacek or Karol – depending on who verified your Admission documents in the Online Application System).
