We require a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. Degrees in Interior Design or Landscape Architecture are not accepted.

The Diploma should be final. However, temporarily (until 21 July) we also accept provisional diplomas and graduation certificates.

2. Transcript of records/Diploma Supplement – your results/grades, if necessary, with the translation into English or Polish (combined in one file).

3. Passport – the page(s) with your personal information, photo, and signature.

4. Proof of payment of PLN 150 application fee.

5. Your photo – the passport format photo.

THE ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS FOR ARCHITECTURE to be uploaded in section Competencies in IRK:

1. Statement of Objectives – The statement of objectives should be written in prose and shall not exceed one A4 page. It should clearly identify the reasons for studying architecture on the MArch level as well as choosing the ASK program and Warsaw Faculty of Architecture.

2. Curriculum Vitae – CV should indicate educational, professional, scientific, travel, organisational and any other relevant experience deemed important and appropriate for the ASK application process.

3. Two academic references – The applicant must send a minimum of two letters of reference which support the application. At least one of the referees should hold an academic position and be well familiar with the candidate's educational background and suitability. References should be completed in English (if not – appropriate certified translation is required), scanned and sent during the application process.

4. Design Portfolio – should demonstrate the candidate’s ability and experience in design appropriate to the received degree. It may consist of architectural/urban design course works, other university works, graphic skills, interests, and professional practice (if any). The spectrum of presented work may be very wide. The aim is to present the Admission Committee's current achievements and thus also premises for future successful studies in architecture. As visual communication is one of the most important skills of an architect, the Committee will also pay attention to the form of the portfolio in terms of communicativeness and aesthetics. Candidates are encouraged to present architectural/urban projects to allow the reviewers to evaluate the idea of design. While the portfolio can include evidence of digital skills, uncritical eye-catching renderings or „eye candies” would not be useful.  All work done in collaboration or in university or professional teams should indicate the candidate’s contribution and role. The portfolio should be prepared in electronic form as a pdf file, A4 page horizontal format. The file size should not exceed 20 MB.

STEP 2: Complete the MS Teams interview
