IMPORTANT: When registering, you can select three courses to apply for. Remember that B.Sc. Architecture should be selected only as your program of 1st choice (not 2nd or 3rd). You should select other programs too for your 2nd and 3rd choice (as a backup in case not being accepted for B.Sc. Architecture).
APPLICATION FEE NOTICE: You need to have a scan of the proof of payment of the application fee to open a new application. At this moment online payments are not available. Sorry for the inconvenience

STEP 1: Upload Entry Documents:

  1. Bachelor's Degree - in the original language and translation to English. Remember we require a Bachelor's Degree in a very similar field to the M.Sc. program you are applying to. The Diploma should be final, however, we accept also provisional and temporary ones. For more information on M.Sc. degree requirements, please click here.
  2. Transcript of records - your results/grades, necessary to make the decision. Check the details on the transcript requirements here.
  3. Passport - the page(s) with your personal information, your photo, and your signature.
  4. Proof of payment of €200 application feeCheck here how to make the application fee payment.
  5. One picture/photograph - the passport format photo

After you create an account, you can log in and add more documents. While registering, you can only upload the abovementioned files.

It takes around one week to get your documents verified and sent to the Faculty for the conditional decision. If anything is missing you will be informed about it by a message in the system.

STEP 2: Upload Additional Documents for Architecture

When your application is verified and accepted, you will be asked to send additional documents for Archiecture:

  • Statement of Objectives - Statement of objectives should be written in prose and shall not exceed one A4 page. It should clearly identify the reasons of studying architecture on the MArch level as well as choosing ASK program and Warsaw Faculty of Architecture.
  • Curriculum Vitae - CV should indicate educational, professional, scientific, travel, organizational and any other relevant experience deemed important and appropriate for ASK application process.
  • Two academic references - The applicant must send min. two letters of reference which support the application. At least one of the referees should hold academic position and be well familiar with candidate educational background and suitability. References should be completed in English (if not – appropriate certified translation is required), scanned and sent during the application process, also delivered in a sealed envelope after acceptance to ASK program.
  • Design Portfolio - should demonstrate the candidate’s ability and experience in design appropriate to received degree. It may consist of architectural/urban design course works, other university works, graphic skills, interests, professional practice (if any). The spectrum of presented work may be very wide, the aim is to present the Admission Committee current achievements and thus also premises for future successful studies in the field of architecture. As visual communication is one of the most important skills of an architect, the Committee will also pay attention to the form of the portfolio in terms of communicativeness and aesthetics. Candidates are encouraged to present architectural/urban projects in the way allowing the reviewers to evaluate the idea of design. While the portfolio can include evidence of digital skills, the uncritical eye-catching renderings or „eye candies” would not be useful.  All work done in collaboration or in university or professional teams should clearly indicate the candidate’s contribution and role. The portfolio should be prepared in the electronic form as a pdf file, A4 page horizontal format. The file size should not exceed 20 MB.

STEP 3: Complete the Skype interview

Selected candidates will be notified about the form and date of a Skype interview. Dates of interviews will be set individually.

The list will be announced by 29th of June 2020 and selected candidates will be notified about the form and date of the interview.

More information regarding the interviews is available on the Faculty's website

After completing the previous tasks, the Faculty will send the preliminary decision. If positive, you will receive a scan of the Conditional Acceptance Letter in the Online Application System.

If the preliminary decision is negative, you will receive a scan of the Rejection Letter and your application will be sent to the program of your next priority.
