One application allows you to apply to three courses consequently (if you are unlucky with the first choice, your file will be sent to the next choice, if necessary, also to the third one).

IMPORTANT: When registering, you can select three courses to apply for. Remember that M.Sc. Architecture should be chosen only as your program of 1st choice (not 2nd or 3rd). You should also select other programs for your 2nd and 3rd choice (as a backup if not accepted for M.Sc. Architecture).
APPLICATION FEE NOTICE: You need to have a scan of the proof of payment of the application fee to open a new application. At this moment, online payments are not available. Sorry for the inconvenience

Upload Entry documents:

Bachelor's Degree - in the original language and translation to English. Remember, we require a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. We do not accept Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design and Landscape Architecture. The Diploma should be final. However, we accept also provisional and temporary ones. For more information on M.Sc. degree requirements, please click here.

Transcript of records - your results/grades, necessary to make the decision. Check the details on the transcript requirements here.

Passport - the page(s) with your personal information, photo, and signature.

Proof of payment of 150 PLN application feeCheck here how to make the application fee payment.

One picture/photograph - the passport format photo

After creating an account, you can log in and add additional documents for the Architecture listed below. While registering, you can only upload the abovementioned files.

Additional documents for Architecture that you have to submit include:

  • Statement of Objectives - The statement of objectives should be written in prose and shall not exceed one A4 page. It should clearly identify the reasons for studying architecture on the MArch level as well as choosing the ASK program and Warsaw Faculty of Architecture.
  • Curriculum Vitae - CV should indicate educational, professional, scientific, travel, organisational and any other relevant experience deemed important and appropriate for the ASK application process.
  • Two academic references - The applicant must send a minimum of two letters of reference which support the application. At least one of the referees should hold an academic position and be well familiar with the candidate's educational background and suitability. References should be completed in English (if not – appropriate certified translation is required), scanned and sent during the application process.
  • Design Portfolio - should demonstrate the candidate’s ability and experience in design appropriate to the received degree. It may consist of architectural/urban design course works, other university works, graphic skills, interests, and professional practice (if any). The spectrum of presented work may be very wide. The aim is to present the Admission Committee's current achievements and thus also premises for future successful studies in architecture. As visual communication is one of the most important skills of an architect, the Committee will also pay attention to the form of the portfolio in terms of communicativeness and aesthetics. Candidates are encouraged to present architectural/urban projects to allow the reviewers to evaluate the idea of design. While the portfolio can include evidence of digital skills, uncritical eye-catching renderings or „eye candies” would not be useful.  All work done in collaboration or in university or professional teams should indicate the candidate’s contribution and role. The portfolio should be prepared in electronic form as a pdf file, A4 page horizontal format. The file size should not exceed 20 MB.

Additional Documents for Architecture should be attached in the "Additional Documents" section in the Online Application System.
