Create your application by filling in your data. Ensure you put your name and surname as they appear in your passport!

NOTICE: You can have only one application (one account) in the active admission session.
IMPORTANT: When registering, you can select three courses you are interested in. You should select your priority programme and two additional programmes (in case you are not accepted for your priority programme and the second programme).
IMPORTANT NOTICE: You need to have a scan of the proof of payment of the application fee to open a new application. Currently, online payments directly in our admission portal are not available. Sorry for inconvenience.

Upload the scans of Entry Documents (during the registration process):

1. High School Leaving Certificate – in the original language and, if necessary, officially translated into English or Polish. Check High School Certificate requirements here.

After creating an account, you can log into the Online Application System and add Additional Documents.

It takes around one week for the International Students Office to initially verify your documents and send them to the Faculty for a conditional decision. If anything is missing, you will be informed by us in the Online System.

STEP 2: Complete the Placement Tests online

As soon as your Entry Documents are verified, you will receive a link to two tests, which are also run online via the application system. Online Placement Tests in Mathematics and English enable the Faculty to assign you to an appropriate study path – a regular study programme or the Foundation Year course.

IMPORTANT: From the moment you receive the links to Placement Tests in the Online Application System, you have 1 week (7 days) to access the platform and complete both tests. You will have 90 minutes to complete each test.

STEP 3: Wait for the decision of the Faculty

It takes up to 15 days for the Faculty to send the preliminary decision. If it is positive, in the Online Application System, you will receive a scan of the Conditional Acceptance Letter or acceptance to the Foundation Year.

If the preliminary decision is negative, you will receive a scan of the Rejection Letter, and your application will be sent to the program of your next priority.

STEP 4: Depending on the decision...

If you were conditionally accepted and recommended for the Foundation Year:

STEP 4a: Enroll for the Foundation Year

If you received the Conditional Acceptance Letter for full-time studies:

STEP 4b: Submit your Admission Documents

Check more information about the Foundation Year here.

To enrol for the Foundation Year, you have to contact the Foundation Year office at and submit:

It takes around one week to get your documents verified.

If anything needs to be added, you will be informed about it in the Online Application System.

If all documents are correct, you will receive a scan of the Visa Letter in the Online Application System.

NOTE: Visa procedures are the responsibility of candidates.

After completing Foundation Year with a final exam the following year, you will have to complete the submission of the Admission Documents. After getting the final acceptance, you will start your full-time B.Sc. studies.   Deadline to upload the Admission Documents

More information on the deadlines can be found here.

STEP 5: Arrival & registration

Before the classes start, you will be asked to register personally at the International Students Office and at the Faculty. Check more information about Registration here.

Along with the main High school certificate, you need to present a transcript of records. We usually require at least around 70% of GPA and very good grades in Math and Science subjects. You can apply with a lower GPA, but your chances of admission may be lower.

Remember that during the application, your documents will be verified by ISO and, if anything is missing, you will be informed about it and you will have a chance to submit what is missing within a few days. However, it is your responsibility to upload proper documents that entitle you to enter university education in the given educational system and fulfil WUT's requirements. If documents are not correct, your application will not be valid, and the application fee not be refunded.

Remember that all accepted B.Sc. candidates need to submit the Eligibility Statement from their school or the Ministry of Education.
