Power of Attorney
A power of attorney (POA) is a legal document giving one person the power to act for another person. The POA form can be used to authorise a third party to collect specific documents:
- Final Acceptance Letter (Visa Letter);
- Certificate of Acceptance (Zaświadczenie o przyjęciu na studia);
- Accommodation Letter (Zaświadczenie o przyznaniu zakwaterowania).
The POA should be signed by the candidate. It is only possible to authorise a specific person, not the recruitment company.
| IMPORTANT: We require the original of the POA form with the candidate's signature. A scan should be uploaded in the online system and the original of the form should be sent to our Office or delivered by the authorised person. |
